Our hiring process

At Immediate, we are committed to inclusive and equitable hiring processes. We believe diversity strengthens our team and take active steps to minimise bias in recruitment. Our goal is to create a fair, accessible and welcoming experience for all candidates.

We’ve more details below on our hiring process, including FAQs to help guide you through your application journey.

Applying for a Role

When applying for position, we’ll typically ask for an up-to-date CV and cover letter. Depending on the role, you may be asked for a portfolio or to answer specific questions relevant to the role.

Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive an automated confirmation via our Workable platform. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder in case our emails are filtered there.

What Happens After You Apply?

All our applications are reviewed by the criteria outlined in the job description. For fairness, all applications are anonymised, with your name, education, and other identifying details removed during the initial screening process.

Our recruitment team, alongside our hiring managers, carefully evaluate applications, before reaching out to those whose skills and experience best match the advertised role. For some roles, you may be asked to complete a short video task to share more about your experience and interests.

We aim to update all candidates within two weeks of submitting an application. If you aren’t selected for a particular role, your details will remain on our Workable database, and we may contact you about any future suitable opportunities.
