Performance and Optimisation Focus

  • Apply knowledge of performance marketing – spanning paid social, display, email and conversion-led design – to guide creative teams toward assets that deliver measurable results.
  • Coordinate monthly reporting and performance tracking sessions with stakeholders to review and optimise creative campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through test-and-learn principles, data insights, and optimisation feedback loops.
  • Report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights for both internal teams and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

  • Act as the central contact between Imagine and key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Editorial, Social, Product & Tech.
  • Build positive, productive relationships across all levels, promoting collaboration and managing expectations with clarity and professionalism.
