We’re the destination for people looking to get more from the things they love. We help inspire them; deepening their knowledge, skills and fuelling their passions, to enjoy more of what life has to offer.
Whether it’s the big things, or the little things; from reaching fitness goals to savouring good food, cultivating outdoor, or indoor, spaces, or enjoying the latest TV sensation with loved ones – we help bring our audiences joy!
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product and Technology team, leading the digital product strategy for Radio Times. Radio Times is the UK’s leading TV and entertainment guide, trusted by generations to help them navigate the fast-changing world of TV, streaming and radio. As we continue to grow our digital presence, we’re focused on building tools, experiences and editorial products that make discovering great content easier and more enjoyable.
In this role, you will guide all stages of the product development lifecycle — from ideation, definition, testing, launch and re-iteration to bring continuous customer value. You will partner with Radio Times, Commercial and Content as well as Product Design, Delivery, and Development teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
As a Product Manager you will;
- Product Ownership: Manage the strategy for product features and roadmap for Radio Times Web and App. Take overall ownership and responsibility for the product backlog, including the creation, prioritisation, and management of issues and epics.
- Customer-Centric Development: Deeply understand customer needs, working with Product Design to translate them into effective product developments.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor customer experience / feature performance, define KPIs and use analytics to inform product decisions.
- Prototyping & MVPs: Lead product testing initiatives and develop prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Support A/B testing, prototyping, and gathering feedback to continuously improve products.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Bring teams together to share learnings, drive clarity about the customer and solutions across teams proactively. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and align on desired outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Proactively scan for emerging user needs, industry trends, or platform changes to ensure we're not just responding to customer problems but anticipating them. Work with the wider product and development team to enhance our products and processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of customer-facing product management experience.
- Experience with owning and driving product strategy and delivery.
- Customer-centric mindset, data-driven, focused on understanding user behaviour and translating insights into product recommendations.

- Immediate Community webinars, well-being initiatives and Mental Health First aiders
- 25 days holiday plus a day for your birthday. Our offices will be closed between Christmas and New Year’s which are in addition to your annual entitlement
- Tailored training and development through our Love Learning platform
- A progressive and transparent culture with clear career progression
- Flexible / hybrid working plus early finish Fridays
