Senior Business Change Manager, 9 month FTC (up to £100,000)

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Change Manager to support a business-critical transformation focused on modernising internal operations to enhance end customer experience. This role will play a central part in supporting our third-party implementation partner, engaging and directing internal teams, aligning stakeholders, and building understanding and support across the organization. The role has three key focusses:
- You’ll work closely with programme leadership, organisational leadership and internal teams to drive awareness, participation, and long-term behavioural change
- You will define and manage the use of internal team members in the project to be most effective with people's time
- You will act as the voice of the business facing into the implementation partner and escalate any concerns to Immediate Media leadership
As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will;
- Develop and manage a structured business readiness plan aligned to the objectives and timelines of the programme.
- Act as the voice of the programme to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent, transparent, and timely messaging.
- Partner with communications resources to cascade information to employees and customers
- Design and manage engagement tools and activities (e.g. roadshows, workshops, digital updates, listening sessions).
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups to ensure their input is heard and incorporated.
- Monitor sentiment and engagement levels throughout the programme using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., pulse surveys, feedback sessions).
- Support leaders and managers in communicating effectively about the programme within their teams.
- Work closely with the implementation partner to ensure the right internal resources are involved at the right points
- Manage internal streams of work required to support the implementation partner
- Escalate risks and issues via programme reporting and steering groups
Requirements
- Proven working experience in large transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Agile and adaptable mindset
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
