Account deletion request

To request the deletion of an account you’ve created with an Immediate brand, click the ‘Request Account Deletion’ icon, located at the bottom right of your screen and complete the form with the necessary details. Account deletion requests can take up to two weeks to be fulfilled.

Please note that:

Accounts can be shared between Immediate brands’ websites and apps, so deletion will apply to both. For example, if you request your account for the Good Food: Recipe Finder app is deleted, this will also delete your account for the Good Food website.

If you’ve purchased a subscription to an Immediate brand’s app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, requesting account deletion here won’t also cancel that subscription. You’ll need to do that manually. Instructions to do so are linked below.
