Immediateโs Mario Lamaa named one of the Media Leader's Future 100
Mario Lamaa, Immediateโs Managing Director, Data & Revenue Operations has been named in The Media Leaderโs Future 100 list.ย The list recognises and supports emerging leaders in the media industry, focusing on those who demonstrate ability to embrace disruption, foster inclusion, show courage, and strive for excellence.
Mario was recognised for driving innovation and excellence and championing inclusion.
Mario has led or overseen many innovative technical projects, across ad product, ad tech, commercial data & insight, native and in-app, contributing to significant digital growth.
Beyond his technical achievements, Mario is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, with a focus on building a more representative team within the traditionally male-dominated Rev Ops industry. He has made measurable improvements in increasing both gender and ethnic diversity in the recruitment, development and promotions across his team.
Mario now joins The Future 100 club of future industry shapers, with โprofessionals from all corners of media, which champions connection, access and opportunity through networking events.โ
โWe are delighted that Mario has received this significant industry accolade. He joined Immediate in 2015, fresh out of University, going on to become our youngest departmental Managing Director. From the start, he has disrupted the status quo with a natural ability to positively challenge senior stakeholders and drive results. Mario still takes time to mentor people across our business, supporting our next generation of future talent to follow in his footsteps and championing diversity.โ
