Immediate picks up four wins at the PPA Awards 2025

Immediate, home to trusted brands that people love, picked up four wins and three commendations at the PPA Awards in London last night (Wednesday 25 June 2025).

The Radio Times App was named Best Digital Product or Service, with judges praising it as ‘an extremely intelligent product development’.

Immediate’s Commercial team, Imagine, took home Commercial Partnership of the Year for Good Food x Morrisons: Market Street, recognised for ‘having a genuine and strategic partnership with strong editorial collaboration’.

BBC History Magazine / HistoryExtra won Special Interest Brand of the Year, commended for their ‘confidence to push boundaries, impressive revenue streams, and ability to resonate with their community through a number of channels’.

Immediate was also awarded Sustainability Initiative of the Year for From Couch to Carbon Zero: Climate Action at Immediate, praised by judges as having ‘a genuine and strategic partnership with strong editorial collaboration, which helped reshape a future brand strategy and exceed benchmarks’.

In addition to the four wins, Immediate received three Highly Commended recognitions.
MadeForMums Top Testers Club in the Community Engagement Award, noted for its ‘incredible engagement boosted by very smart connection with their community’.

Darcy Giles, Social Media Lead, and Ben Rayner, Video Developer, both from Radio Times, were Highly Commended for the inaugural Digital Changemaker(s) of the Year award, recognised for their ‘innovative social strategies, impactful training initiatives, and strong cross-platform collaboration’.

Radio Times, for Media Brand of the Year (Consumer Media) having ‘successfully launched new products, adapted to meet the needs of its changing audience, and displayed impressive results’.

The PPA Awards champion businesses and individuals across the sector, celebrating creativity, innovation and commercial success in the UK publishing industry.
